This is the story that lead me to film this long list of programs to serve beautiful humans just like you.

It turns out, it's possible to get and stay really fit from the comfort of your living room.

How the universe guided me to build fitness and wellness

resources for home for caregivers & mamas

🌿In early March, I had a meeting with a wonderful man who agreed to work with my clients and cover my maternity time away for a minimum of 6 months.

Oh, ya! Quick backstory, I graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and Applied Health from The University of Winnipeg in 2011 and started my practice, The Pringle Prescription. Over the past 15 years I've had the joy of guiding hundreds of individuals and corporations through movement and exercise as a fitness instructor and personal trainer both in person and online.

Getting back to my maternity leave, little did I know, the universe had other plans. Covid-19 hit mid-March and all gyms province wide and globally were mandated to close their doors indefinitely.

Considering we were beginning the build on our home in July, I did what any good personal trainer and coach would do... I got behind the camera and started recording a 42-Day Strength and Mobility Program.

This program kicked off my journey as a first time mother and online fitness coach. I launched this program with 50 participants who started in Dec 2020. This also happened to be seven days after Holly was born and four days after we moved into our half finished country home!

Before long, I had curated an entirely new method of coaching. I pre-recorded progressions of each program over a five year period for this incredible group of members. We gathered via zoom and for the first time ever, clients were able to select their own work out rather than doing a live class. Without realizing it, I had revolutionized the way my clients completed work outs and were held accountable. It was incredible!

In May 2022, I gave birth to our second child after recording an entire pregnancy program from week 13 to week 42 designed to prepare mothers for birth. With this program a full 42-day postpartum recovery program was born and a new membership of mama's was born within our community as well!

From 2020 to 2025 our founding members curated over a dozen incredible programs ranging from 28 days to six months of training. Founding members continue to use these programs daily to strengthen their bodies, gain mobility, lose weight, and treat aches and pains along the way. This Pringle Prescription Method has worked for them so we know it will work for you too!

Our Programs

Develop Your Foundation

This 12 week introduction to movement program will provide a gentle and safe first look at the movements we rely on that with repetition provide mobility acquisition and overall strength gains. You will get a workbook and be asked to do a number of assessments as well as try full workouts towards the end of this three month course. This course is strongly recommended for new members as an onboarding qualifier before beginning any of the other fitness programs.

The PAM Program

In this program you will learn how to activate power movements, agility footwork, and mobility to leave your body ready for that next strength progression!

The SAK Program

This program combines strength, anaerobic conditioning (high intensity cardio), and Kinstretch! You are going to love the energy of these work outs!

This 6-month program is your first program challenge of this length. It's the first of three progressions.

Increase your mobility in days with our Treatment For Your Joints Mini Mobility classes. Sessions are set up for the shoulder, ankle, back, hip, wrist, and neck. Get access to foam rolling, flow yoga, functional range conditioning hovers, and static stretching classes only 7-15 minutes making it easy to incorporate into your busy lives.

As a busy mom of two, my goal is to encourage other women and caregivers to take fitness seriously but to have fun doing it.

In this wild world we leave so much untapped potential on the table when we skip work outs, avoid meditation, and go days without tapping into our body's signals.

My work out programs are light and upbeat making it easy to show up everyday and get the job done! Our playlists are stellar and the vibes are high knowing these programs were created for real people just like you.
