As content creators, we are literally building the future and that's a big job with a lot of pressure that most people won't understand. You’ll get structure, cycle/rhythm-aware guidance, and real-time coaching support — in a way that fits real life.
Because you won’t be left guessing. You get a clear 12-week plan, 60 intentional sessions, and live accountability so you actually follow through. It’s not just workouts — it’s a rhythm that supports your body and nervous system.
Yes, there are three live coaching intensives on Day 1, six weeks mid way, and at 12 weeks. These calls will be recorded and posted for you to watch back and watch again on demand. + our community training hours four days per week

You’ll get immediate access after enrolling. Choose your pathway, then pick your first session and press play. The group will begin August 3rd with the goal of completing 60 sessions over 90 days. You are welcome to begin before Aug 3rd and get a jump start, or you can wait to start! As you decide, keep in mind these sessions are designed to be completed multiple times, the more you show up, the better your body gets. Current clients have rounded program many times!
Plan for about 2 hours per week. Five sessions to choose from, spread out however your schedule allows. We know you're busy. That's the whole point — this fits around your life, not the other way around. Consistency is what matters. The sessions are always there. Just hit play.
