From week 13 onward, she receives seven new workouts each month, specifically designed for pregnancy. This removes the guesswork and ensures she’s moving safely and effectively throughout her pregnancy.

How does the program support me through postpartum?

After birth, she transitions into a 42-day pelvic floor recovery program, with special options for both vaginal and C-section recovery. This provides confidence and a clear path to healing her body the right way.

Am I on my own once my postpartum program is complete?

Once recovery is complete, she progresses into real-time strength and fitness sessions, helping her regain vitality, energy, and confidence — not just for herself, but to thrive as a mother.

Is the primary focus of this program strength training?

No! This program is more than physical training — it’s a spiritual journey toward wholeness. Together, we honor both the outer body and the inner self, blending mindful movement with practices that restore calm, clarity, and connection. In addition we teach you safe mobility with the release of relaxin and we invest some time in conditioning in the earlier stages. We also unite strength, conditioning, and mobility types of exercise with breath, and stillness meditation training. You’ll not only rebuild strength but also cultivate peace, resilience, and confidence from within. This integrated approach ensures that as your body heals, your mind and spirit are nourished too — preparing you for motherhood with balance, grace, and empowerment.
