What is Breathwork?
There are many different types of breathwork now from Wim Hoff to Yogic to Box Breathing and many more.
Here at The Pringle Prescription, we offer 3-part-consious-connected breathwork.
This type of breathwork has many benefits and is used as a treatment and natural medication to manage many common ailments such as; anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, poor sleep, high stress, childhood trauma, and more.
This breathwork protocol is offered in all our monthly breathwork sessions both delivered online and in person. This type of breathwork is so powerful because it releases feel-good hormones namely; dopamine, serotonin, and DMT.
Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) is a hormone that creates a transient environment in the body mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This state of consciousness is quite magical and allows you to connect with different realms, process previous traumas, find inner peace, and settle any internal or external issues.
For our practitioners and our clients, we offer sessions every month. Breathwork sessions are offered online on the last Monday of every month and in person on the last Sunday of every month through 2025.

Christine Fedora
Christine is a Registered Social Worker with a Doctoral Degree in Psychology
"Professionally, I am a registered social worker and hold a doctoral degree in psychology. I primarily practice in the area of psychotherapy. The breathwork was a refreshing perspective towards healing and wellness. I appreciated that the breathwork course recognized the mind and body connection, which in recent years has become more widely acknowledged in the Western practice approach. This course is a complementary tool for professionals or health practitioners who are looking to expand their knowledge and practice in the area of somatic healing and mindfulness. This practice is truly transformative!"
