Mobility and breath

What to Expect ⬇️
This session is designed to target and release the muscles that attach into the pelvis, supporting mobility, stability, and overall pelvic health.
We’ll begin with ten intention breaths to ground your body and mind, inviting presence and focus.
The main portion of the session will use a variety of tools and techniques to mobilize, release, and strengthen the pelvic region.
Expect mindful movement, guided release work, and gentle cues for alignment and awareness throughout.
We’ll close the session with ten integration breaths, helping you absorb the benefits of your practice and set a positive tone for the rest of your day.

Restorative Yoga Spine Opener

What to Expect ⬇️
This session offers a gentle yoga flow designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help you reconnect with your breath and body.

Expect slow, mindful movements, gentle stretching, and supportive poses that nurture your joints and muscles—perfect for all levels and especially supportive in the early days of your cycle.

The practice will begin and end with a short guided meditation, inviting you to set an intention and reflect on how you feel.

You’ll have options to use props for extra support and to modify poses as needed.

KinStretch Basics

What to Expect ⬇️
This KinStretch session is designed to improve mobility, strength, and control through your hips and spine. You’ll move through intentional end-range positions and controlled transitions to help create more space, stability, and resilience—especially through the pelvis, low back, and mid-spine. Expect a slower, focused pace with lots of cues for breath, tension, and alignment. We’ll finish feeling more open, grounded, and connected through the center of the body.

Temple, Mandible, and Neck GuaSha Treatment

What to Expect ⬇️

This treatment session is a targeted release and tissue-care practice for the temples, jaw (mandible), and neck—areas that commonly hold tension from stress, posture, clenching, and daily life. Using slow, intentional pressure and gentle gliding techniques, you’ll work to improve tissue quality, reduce tightness, and support easier movement through the face and neck. Expect a calm, focused pace with plenty of cues to stay relaxed through the breath, jaw, and shoulders.

This is a session you can (and should) repeat often to progressively improve the feel, function, and softness of the tissues in the neck, jaw, and face

Cultivating Self-Love Meditation

What to Expect ⬇️

This meditation is a gentle practice to help you return to yourself and cultivate self-love through breath, presence, and sound. We’ll begin by getting comfortable and settling the nervous system, then move into soft singing/toning to support opening the heart, clearing the throat chakra, and bringing awareness to the third eye. This is less about “getting it perfect” and more about allowing your voice and vibration to create space, honesty, and inner connection.

You’re encouraged to return to this meditation as frequently as possible—especially on days you feel disconnected, self-critical, or emotionally full—to strengthen the habit of meeting yourself with compassion.

This practice is about developing a solid foundation while also giving yourself permission to rise into greater strength over time. Progressions, regressions, and equipment options are available to support you exactly where you are while still inviting growth, challenge, and empowerment.

This is not about forcing range or performing perfectly — it’s about gathering information, building connection, and meeting yourself honestly in the moment.

In this empowering body weight session, you’ll focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence through balance work and foundational bounding patterns. We’ll begin by opening the calf and ankle muscles to create more mobility, freedom, and support through the lower legs before moving into the conditioning portion of the session. You can expect to explore basic bounding options in a way that feels approachable yet energizing, helping you develop trust in your body’s ability to move with both control and power.

Will I get coaching?

Yes, there are three live coaching intensives on Day 1, six weeks mid way, and at 12 weeks. These calls will be recorded and posted for you to watch back and watch again on demand. + our community training hours four days per week

What if I can’t make the live coaching intensives each month?

That's ok. The replays are available and if you have other questions you can email Angie directly for guidance as needed!

What should I expect from the first session?

You’ll get immediate access after enrolling. Choose your pathway, then pick your first session and press play. The group will begin August 3rd with the goal of completing 60 sessions over 90 days. You are welcome to begin before Aug 3rd and get a jump start, or you can wait to start! As you decide, keep in mind these sessions are designed to be completed multiple times, the more you show up, the better your body gets. Current clients have rounded program many times!

How much time do I need each week to complete The Get Synced Challenge?

Plan for about 2 hours per week. You’ll have 5 sessions to choose from each week, and you can spread them out however your schedule allows. Consistency is what matters most.
