Online Private Breathwork Energy Release

This private breathwork session with healer Angie Pringle is done online in a private live room. This two-hour session provides the opportunity for self-discovery and energy release. The first hour is intake and story-based where Angie will create space for you to share your thoughts and experiences about anything you would like to breathe into and explore. In the second hour of the session, Angie will guide you through a private energy release session guiding you through the 3-part conscious connected breathwork pattern, followed by twenty minutes of gentle meditation, yin yoga, and a follow-up conversation. This session gives you an action-based healing protocol like no other allowing you to create space for what is next in your life.

Train 2x per week in person at White Lion Strong Gym (255 Tache Avenue Winnipeg) with coaching and support seven days per week. Get custom programming and daily movement prescriptions to support any movement goal. This hybrid training model continues to get clients' results while providing a fun, safe, and supportive social environment. Access hundreds of recorded workouts, full programs, and treatment protocols along with our nutrition course, community training, online breathwork session, and so much more!
