Angie's Story

Ā

As a kid, I was generally energetic, social, and curious. My earliest memories include driving with my father to our customers' homes and ambitiously assisting my mom in our in-home office. We owned and operated a Heating and Cooling business and from a young age, I was exposed to, understood, and had a strong desire to serve my community by providing an essential service.Ā

From a young age, I interacted with a lot of adults and always noticed I was able to accomplish two things; be helpful and make people laugh.Ā

As an adult, my desire to be helpful has continued along with my dream of carrying onĀ my family's legacy by offering an essential service. I believe deeply that personal training and coaching is an essential service that everyone should have access to in order to be at their best for their families.Ā

We all want to stay around long enough to watch our kids have kids. Ideally, we would be healthy through those years and know how to manage aches and pains. The Pringle Prescription Method is a song to everything I've learned over the past twenty years packed into movement courses. This community and my clients inspire me every day and I'm honored to have the opportunity to show upĀ and serve.

"You won't find another person with the enthusiasm and work ethic like Angie; she loves what she does and it shows in the programs she puts out."

"I've always admired your ability to be very energetic and very respectful of what people are trying to accomplish."

"You've given me movement mobility back, where I was in a position where I didn't have that. So that's the mostĀ important change."
